Soccer

Kolby started soccer this past month and for the most part has enjoyed it. Brandon's grandparents were able to come to his last game on their way to the MTC to leave on their mission so we were excited to see them before they left.

Well here is a 25 week belly shot! Everything has been going pretty good with this pregnancy, the boys keep me so busy that I don't have time to even think about being pregnant most days.

Cooper's Birthday

This past week we celebrated Cooper's Birthday! He is 3 now. For his Birthday my Mom and Dad and T.J. and Devoney came up for the weekend. The weather was nice so we went to the zoo. The boys loved it they kept saying "Come on lets go see more animals". Cooper was excited to see the monkeys since I had made him monkey cupcakes for his B-day. After the zoo we went to McDonalds where Brandon's parents met us. The kids had fun eating their happy meals and playing at the play place. We then opened presents and had cupcakes. Cooper was very excited about all of his gifts. He and Kolby had a blast playing with them all when they got home.

We're having a girl!

Yesterday was my 20 week ultrasound. Brandon was able to come home from work early to come with us. We brought Kolby and Cooper with us because I wanted them to be there to see the baby on ultrasound machine. The technician was kind of concerned that we had kids there with us and said they would have to go out in the hall if they got too rowdy or wild. But amazingly they both sat on Brandon's lap the entire time (almost an hour) and only whispered. I thought it must be miracle or a huge blessing from God because we can't even get them to be that quiet in church. Finally when the ultrasound was almost over the ultrasound technician commented on how good they were being and Brandon said, "Oh, that's because I told them the doctor would give them a shot if they got too noisy" we all laughed because it now all made sense how unnaturally quiet they were being. The boys were also excited to see the baby especially Kolby. It looks like we are going to have another thumb sucking baby because we could see her sucking her thumb in the ultrasound. Everything looked good on the ultrasound, but the tech had a hard time getting a gender shot because the baby was curled up in a ball but she finally got one shot that confirmed we are having a girl! We are all really excited Brandon really wanted a girl, but I thought for certain we were having all boys. I am definitely excited for the new adventure of having a girl though.

Well here is the first photo of baby #3. We are very excited to have a new addition joining our family around the first week of August. I'm about 14 weeks along but this ultra sound pic was taken when I was about 10 weeks. The boys are also excited about having a new brother or sister.

Kolby's 5th Birthday

We recently celebrated Kolby's 5th birthday. Holy Smokes! I can't believe he is five already. He was really excited for is birthday this year, and would tell anyone who would listen that his birthday was coming up. We decorated with a spiderman them and bought a spiderman cake for the occasion. Both sets of grandparents were able to come, and Kolby had a blast. Cooper was also having a lot of fun and as you can tell from the pictures was definitely excited to help Kolby eat his birthday cake.

Christmas

So I am just barely getting around to posting some pics from Christmas. The boys and I got to go down to my family's Christmas party in Pingree. The boys had a lot of fun playing with their cousins. We then came home and had Christmas at our house.

Halloween

For Halloween this year we made pumpkin shaped cookies. Kolby had fun decorating the cookies and Cooper had fun licking the frosting. Brandon helped the boys carve a pumpkin which was a big hit. Kolby also had fun trying on masks with his great grandma, Cooper however was not a fan of the masks he would get so scared if anyone even looked at him with a scary mask. The boys also had a lot of fun trunk or treating and trick or treating.
